Nowadays, every athlete knows that proper nutrition plays a decisive role in top performance. The following guidelines from PowerBar offer tips about correct nutrition for athletes who are involved in daily training:

Personal Food
Receiving food or drinks from personal supporters is only allowed at two aid station on the bike course and at three aid stations on the run course. At the following stations personal supporters are allowed to hand you food. Positions are well marked and indicated.
Relax Station (Bike Course)
Heartbreak Hill (Bike Course)
Martin Koller Station (Run Course)
Hot Station (Run Course)
Golden Station only in direction finish line (Run Course)
At every other aid station it is prohibited to accept food or drinks from personal supporters. Violating this rule will be punished by the referees.
